What Kiosk or TV Menu Works With Dutchie? A Dispensary's Straight Answer [2026]

What Kiosk or TV Menu Works With Dutchie? A Dispensary's Straight Answer [2026]

Here's the short answer for anyone running a store on Dutchie POS: Dutchie sells a kiosk. Dutchie does not sell a TV menu board. The kiosk is Dutchie's own product and runs on hardware Dutchie specifies; the wall menus come from a third-party menu provider that reads your POS, and they run on much lighter hardware. Those are different purchases, and plenty of stores end up with both. (We're one of those providers, so weigh what follows accordingly.)

What Dutchie makes for the store floor — and what it doesn't

Dutchie's product line covers point of sale, e-commerce, kiosk, payments, loyalty, delivery, and analytics, and the company says more than 6,500 dispensaries and brands run on it. Its POS grew out of LeafLogix, which Dutchie acquired alongside Greenbits in March 2021; Greenbits was retired on February 9, 2026.

On the floor, Dutchie offers two screens of its own:

Dutchie Kiosk (standard). A self-service ordering screen. Per Dutchie's help center it's "included in all Dutchie E-Commerce packages" and runs as a web page in a locked-down browser (Chrome recommended), with a ?viewOnlyMode=true switch for browse-only use. The customer builds the order at the kiosk; then, in Dutchie's words, "once the order is ready, an employee clicks Ready for Pickup, and the customer pays for the order." Dutchie's published device requirement is "Memory: 3GB RAM, Processor/CPU: 2.2Ghz x 4 cores, Network: 200mbps down."

Dutchie Kiosk Pro. The upgrade: greets returning customers by name, surfaces reorders, shows loyalty balances, and credits the budtender in POS reporting. Payment is built in — Dutchie describes "a fast, secure way to pay from their phone" via Pay by Bank. It's "fully compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows."

What neither page offers is a TV menu board — the wall screen behind the counter with the flower menu, the deals, the wait list. For that, Dutchie's integrations directory has a category called In-Store Menus, which as of this writing lists ten partners: Budsense, Budvue, Divvy, Freshwater Digital, GreenScreens, Hytiva, I Heart Jane, Seed, Skoop, and Spectrio. (Greenmind, which also does TV playlists, is filed under "Other.") That's the map: Dutchie for the register and, if you want it, the ordering kiosk; a third-party menu provider for the wall — Dutchie lists ten under In-Store Menus, and the directory isn't the whole market.

Three things people mean by "a Dutchie kiosk"

1. Customers order at a screen. That's Dutchie's own kiosk. The order lands in Dutchie because it is Dutchie — you'll need Dutchie E-Commerce, a touchscreen device that clears the spec above, and a plan for locking the browser down (Dutchie's guide covers hiding apps and restricting the browser to dutchie.com). Standard: order at the screen, pay when it's ready. Pro: pay from your phone at the kiosk.

2. Customers browse — not order — on a screen that stays current. That's a menu kiosk, and it's a lighter thing: no cart, no payment, just live data on a tablet. GreenScreens tablet menus read the same Dutchie inventory feed as the TV boards, so both update automatically within minutes of a change, with no separate kiosk integration. Dutchie's viewOnlyMode covers this too if you already pay for E-Commerce and have hardware that meets the kiosk spec.

3. The wall menus. TV menu boards — the product Dutchie doesn't make, and often the bigger purchase because every customer who walks in sees them. Here "works with Dutchie" can mean anything from reads your POS every few minutes to someone retypes the price list every morning; the six questions after the table tell those apart.

What "syncs with Dutchie" should actually mean

Every menu provider that lists a Dutchie integration — the ten in the directory and others — is describing the same word. These six questions tell you what it means in practice.

Does it read Dutchie POS directly? The integration you want pulls products, prices, and stock from the POS with no CSV export and no retyping. It should also be read-only: GreenScreens reads from Dutchie and never writes to it, so your POS workflow, e-commerce menu, and compliance reporting are untouched. A vendor should be able to state both facts in writing.

How often does the screen re-check? This separates a live menu from a nightly one. GreenScreens screens re-check Dutchie inventory every few minutes, so a price change or a sold-out SKU shows on every board within minutes, automatically. If the answer involves "overnight," the wall can be wrong for most of the day whenever something changes.

Which fields come across? Everyone syncs a name and a price. The fields that make a cannabis menu informative and useful are THC and CBD percentages, mg-versus-percent units, terpene data, strain dominance, product images, and tiered / multi-size pricing so a 3.5 g and a 7 g of the same flower show as one product. Dutchie carries the full set — it's one of two systems marked "full" for rich fields in our compatibility matrix (the other is GrowFlow). Whether a vendor passes them all through is a separate question; ask to see your own data on a board before you sign.

Does each location read its own inventory? In a multi-store operation, every location's screens should read that location's stock and pricing, managed from one login, with the option of one layout fleet-wide or a different layout per store.

What happens when the internet drops? A well-built player keeps showing the last good menu until the connection returns, rather than a black screen or a browser error. GreenScreens does; make it a line item for anyone you evaluate.

What happens to your menus when you change POS? If you move to Dutchie from BioTrack, Flowhub, or Treez — or ever move off it — your layouts, screens, and playlists should stay put while the integration is repointed underneath them. That's how GreenScreens handles a switch. Ask any vendor whether a POS change means a rebuild.

Why the hardware answer is different for each screen

Dutchie publishes a spec for its kiosk because an ordering screen runs a cart and, on Pro, a payment flow. A TV menu board takes no input; it displays a page, so it runs on lighter hardware: a TV with Google TV and the Play Store runs the GreenScreens app directly, any other TV works with a ~$20 streaming stick like Walmart's Onn or a Fire TV device, and tablet menus run on an Android tablet. Check whether a vendor requires a proprietary media player per screen — some do, and that's a box to buy, ship, and replace per TV, tied to one vendor.

On cost, the pricing page has the numbers: TV menu screens start at $150 per location per month (Dispensary Starter, unlimited screens); tablet menus are part of Dispensary+ at $250 per location per month, along with print menus and the promo content zone; both plans carry a one-time $200 setup per location. Because pricing is per location rather than per screen, adding a TV doesn't add to the bill.

"We still call it LeafLogix"

Nothing about that changes the integration. Dutchie POS grew out of LeafLogix, and the GreenScreens integration is the same one LeafLogix stores have used for years. Former Greenbits stores now on Dutchie POS are in the same position.

Questions Dutchie stores ask us

Does Dutchie have a TV menu board?

Not as a Dutchie product. Dutchie offers a self-service kiosk (standard and Pro) and lists TV / in-store menu software from partners under In-Store Menus in its integrations directory. GreenScreens is one of the ten listed there.

What kiosk works with Dutchie?

Dutchie's own kiosk — included with Dutchie E-Commerce, run from a URL in a locked-down browser. If what you want is a menu customers can browse rather than an ordering terminal, GreenScreens tablet menus (Dispensary+ plan) read your Dutchie POS inventory directly and update within minutes, with no E-Commerce package or separate kiosk integration required. Running both is common.

How fast do menus update when I change a price in Dutchie?

GreenScreens screens re-check Dutchie inventory every few minutes, so a price change or a sold-out item shows on every board within minutes, automatically — no manual refresh, no nightly sync.

Do I need Dutchie E-Commerce for GreenScreens menus?

No. GreenScreens connects to Dutchie POS. Dutchie's own kiosk is the product that requires an E-Commerce package.

The short version

Dutchie runs your register and, if you want it, an ordering kiosk. The wall comes from a third-party menu provider — Dutchie lists ten under In-Store Menus — and what separates them is the six questions above: direct read, refresh cadence, fields, per-location data, offline behavior, and what a POS change costs you.
