POS Integrations BLAZE
Featured integration
BLAZE + GreenScreens, in perfect sync.
BLAZE runs the register, BLAZEPAY, the ECOM Kiosk, and the counter display. GreenScreens runs the screens customers read before they get there — TV menu boards, browse tablets, QR menus, and print — with products, prices, stock, THC/CBD, strain type, and images synced from BLAZE Retail, updating automatically within minutes of a change in BLAZE.
Among our most-connected POS
Only Dutchie, Flowhub, and Jane run more GreenScreens dispensaries than BLAZE does.
States where BLAZE operates
BLAZE is available to licensed operators in 20 U.S. states, plus Canada through Greenline.
BLAZE partner directory
BLAZE lists GreenScreens in its partner directory under Digital Display, with a page that links back to us.
About BLAZE
A hardware-agnostic POS, on every screen.
BLAZE builds point-of-sale, payments, e-commerce, delivery, and marketing software for cannabis retailers across the United States and Canada.
BLAZE is a cannabis retail software platform that combines point of sale, cashless payments (BLAZEPAY), native e-commerce, delivery and dispatch, loyalty and marketing, analytics, and a self-serve kiosk in one system, with Metrc and BioTrack track-and-trace reporting built in. Founded in 2017 by CEO Chris Violas and CTO Manh Do, who met at Amazon Web Services, BLAZE passed 500 retail stores in 2020, acquired Greenline in 2022 to expand into Canada and Tymber in 2023 for e-commerce, and today says it serves thousands of cannabis businesses across 20 U.S. states. Its point of sale is web-based and hardware-agnostic, and its partner directory lists GreenScreens under Digital Display.
In a BLAZE store
Which screen does what in a BLAZE dispensary.
BLAZE sells more of the store floor than most POS systems — a kiosk, a counter display, and payments. Here is where each BLAZE product ends and where GreenScreens picks up, in BLAZE’s own product names.
BLAZE
Retail Point of Sale.
The register. BLAZE describes it as a web-based, hardware-agnostic POS, with Metrc and BioTrack reporting built in. It is the source every GreenScreens screen in the store reads from.
BLAZE
ECOM Kiosk.
A URL-based ordering menu that lets customers place an order without signing up or logging in. BLAZE offers a Pick Up Kiosk on your sales floor and a Delivery Kiosk set to an outside address such as an event, a smoke shop, or a coffee shop. Customers unlock it by date of birth (BLAZE's recommended mode) or phone number, and stores request it through BLAZE's Kiosk Enablement Form.
BLAZE
Self-Serve Kiosk hardware.
BLAZE's hardware page lists a Microtouch 21.5-inch all-in-one touchscreen on an ultra-slim floor stand, pre-configured for BLAZE. Its kiosk product adds AI Budtender, AI recommendations, loyalty check-in by date of birth, and ID-scan self check-in.
BLAZE
Customer Facing Display & BLAZEPAY.
The CFD is an interactive iPad app at the counter; BLAZEPAY is BLAZE's cashless payments. Checkout and payment stay entirely inside BLAZE — GreenScreens never touches a transaction.
GreenScreens
TV menu boards.
The wall behind the counter: categories, prices, THC/CBD, and stock from BLAZE inventory, plus deals and promo video. Runs on a TV with Google TV or a streaming stick — no BLAZE hardware involved.
GreenScreens
Browse tablets, QR & print.
Counter tablets customers scroll before they order (Dispensary+), QR menus that hand off to your BLAZE online menu, and printed menus and shelf tags — all from the same BLAZE sync as the wall.
BLAZE lists its software as available in 20 states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, Washington. What syncs
Everything your menus need, straight from BLAZE.
GreenScreens treats BLAZE data as real menu fields — not text someone typed into a slide — so every board is accurate the moment BLAZE changes.
Products & pricing.
Your BLAZE Retail catalog flows straight to every menu — names, categories, brands, and prices, including tiered and multi-size pricing, exactly as they are at the register.
Live inventory.
Out-of-stock items drop off your menus automatically as BLAZE inventory changes, so a customer never asks for something you sold out of an hour ago.
THC, CBD & terpenes.
Cannabinoid percentages, mg-vs-% units, and terpene data come along as real fields wherever your BLAZE catalog carries them — compliant menus without retyping a number.
Strain type & images.
Sativa / hybrid / indica dominance and product images sync from BLAZE, so your boards look like a menu, not a spreadsheet.
Every screen, every store.
TV menu boards, kiosk and tablet menus, QR menus, and printed menus all pull from the same BLAZE sync — across every location you run.
Every few minutes.
Screens re-check BLAZE inventory continuously. A price change or a sold-out SKU updates every board on its own — no manual refresh, no nightly sync.
How it works
Connect once. Forget about it.
Connect BLAZE once.
Link your BLAZE account to GreenScreens one time during setup. No exports, no CSVs, no manual entry — and nothing changes inside BLAZE Retail.
We pull live POS data.
Products, prices, stock, cannabinoids, strain type, and images flow from BLAZE into GreenScreens automatically.
Menus stay in sync.
Screens re-check inventory every few minutes, so every board reflects your BLAZE changes — automatically, at every location.
Built for BLAZE stores
How BLAZE dispensaries actually run.
Delivery operators adding a storefront.
BLAZE grew up with delivery, and many of its retailers run both. The same BLAZE catalog that feeds your drivers' app feeds your walls and counter tablets the day the storefront opens — one inventory, no second menu to maintain.
Alongside BLAZE's own kiosk and CFD.
The BLAZE ECOM Kiosk takes orders and the Customer Facing Display runs the checkout; GreenScreens runs the browse-and-decide layer around them — TV boards, tablet menus, QR menus, and print — from the same live inventory, so a customer who picks a product off the wall finds it at the same price on the kiosk.
Pick Up and Delivery kiosks.
BLAZE lets a store run its ECOM Kiosk on the sales floor for pickup or at an outside location set up for delivery. The in-store menu boards cover the browsing that happens before a customer walks up to either — and they keep showing the last good menu if the store's internet drops.
Greenline stores moving to BLAZE.
BLAZE acquired Greenline in 2022. If your Canadian store is making the move, your GreenScreens menus, layouts, and screens stay put — we repoint the integration and the boards keep running through the cutover.
Beyond the menu board.
BLAZE keeps the menu accurate; GreenScreens runs the rest of the screen — deals, promo video, patient-education loops, staff screens, wait queues, and up to 26 zones per display.

FAQ
BLAZE questions, answered.
See what the dispensary menu software does, browse all POS integrations, or check pricing.
Does GreenScreens integrate with BLAZE POS?
Yes. BLAZE is one of GreenScreens' most-connected point-of-sale systems — only Dutchie, Flowhub, and Jane run more of our dispensaries — and BLAZE lists GreenScreens in its own partner directory under Digital Display. Connect once and your dispensary menus sync from BLAZE automatically.
Does it work with BLAZE Retail?
Yes. BLAZE Retail is BLAZE's current point-of-sale product, and it is the system our BLAZE integration reads from. Whatever devices your store runs BLAZE Retail on, nothing changes on your end.
What BLAZE data syncs to my menus?
Products, categories, brands, prices (including tiered and multi-size pricing), stock levels, THC/CBD data, and — wherever your BLAZE catalog carries them — terpene data, strain dominance, and product images. Out-of-stock items drop off automatically and pricing stays accurate, with no hand edits.
How often do menus update from BLAZE?
Continuously — screens re-check inventory every few minutes, so a price change or a sold-out item in BLAZE shows up on every board within minutes, automatically. There is no manual refresh and no nightly sync.
What kiosk works with BLAZE POS?
GreenScreens kiosk and tablet menus work with BLAZE — they read the same live sync as your TV menu boards, so what a customer browses on the tablet matches the wall and the register. If you also run BLAZE's own Self-Serve Kiosk for ordering, the two sit side by side: BLAZE takes the order, GreenScreens handles the menus, promos, and signage around it. Our dispensary kiosk and hardware page covers what to run each one on.
Which menu types work with the BLAZE integration?
All of them: TV menu boards, kiosk and tablet menus, QR menus, and printed menus and shelf tags all pull from the same live BLAZE sync, across every store.
Do I need to change anything in BLAZE?
No. GreenScreens reads from BLAZE; it never writes to it. Your BLAZE Retail workflow, your Metrc or BioTrack reporting, your BLAZE e-commerce menu, BLAZEPAY, and your loyalty program stay exactly as they are.
We run several locations on BLAZE. Does that work?
Yes. Each location's screens read that location's BLAZE inventory and pricing, and you manage every store's screens from one GreenScreens account — one layout fleet-wide, or different layouts per store or per state.
We're switching to BLAZE from another POS. Do we rebuild our menus?
No. Your menu layouts, screens, and playlists stay put. We repoint the integration from your old POS to BLAZE and the boards keep running — the same way it works if you ever move off BLAZE, and the same way it works for Greenline stores BLAZE is migrating.
Does GreenScreens replace the BLAZE ECOM Kiosk?
No. The BLAZE ECOM Kiosk is BLAZE's ordering menu — customers build an order there and it lands in BLAZE. GreenScreens screens are menus people read, not order on: TV boards, browse tablets, QR menus, and print. Most BLAZE stores that want self-serve ordering run the BLAZE kiosk for the order and GreenScreens for everything on the walls and counter.
Does GreenScreens show BLAZE loyalty points or the AI Budtender?
No. GreenScreens screens are public menus — they don't identify the customer standing in front of them — so per-customer features like BLAZE's date-of-birth loyalty check-in, Express Member Validation, and AI Budtender stay on BLAZE's kiosk. What GreenScreens can show is your BLAZE catalog, pricing, stock, and the deals and promos you schedule.
Does GreenScreens touch BLAZEPAY or the Customer Facing Display?
No. Payment and checkout stay entirely inside BLAZE — BLAZEPAY and the CFD iPad app at the counter are BLAZE products, and GreenScreens never sees or processes a transaction. The integration only reads catalog and inventory data.
Which states is BLAZE available in?
BLAZE lists 20: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. GreenScreens works with BLAZE in any of them; check blaze.me for BLAZE's current list.
Does GreenScreens need special hardware for BLAZE stores?
No. Like BLAZE Retail itself, GreenScreens is hardware-agnostic — it runs on the TVs you already own, or on a streaming stick that costs under $30, and tablet menus run on an Android tablet or an iPad. Setup is self-serve and most stores are live the same day.
How do I get started with BLAZE and GreenScreens?
Book a demo and we'll walk you through it on a live store. Setup is a one-time connection to your BLAZE account; plans start at $150 per month with unlimited screens.
